Leadership Leads Every Actions

I am an Accounting student who has great performance on my education, and it’s also happened on my organizational performance. I have a great ability on leadership and organizing. It proved with the million activities I did. I’m active at the PRMK (Rohani Katolik) as a Chief of this organization, and I have many responsibilities as a chief. On the beginning, I have a problem for managing my schedule, but day after day these obstacles I can handle. On my way as a Chief of this organization, I find that the leadership skill is a skill that leads my steps to run at my life. A person with good leadership ability, usually have a great life too. It’s no doubt because they have a good arrangement on their schedule, they are independent, explicit, and reliable person.

                I have great leadership ability, if I’m not, I won’t hold this great responsibility. This experience makes me can learn about arranging a schedule. Arranging isn’t easy because sometimes sudden evidence can bother us and it can ruin the beginnning arrangement. If we have a good leadership skill, we can handle it with a wise action and we can run it perfectly because we used to and don’t get easily panic at this sudden thing.

                Leadership also influencing myself in making a decision, I can be have a confidence and consideration to make a decision, and it’s indirectly make me an explicit person, have no hecitate for something that I think good, bad, right and wrong. This character can’t be shaped without leadership ability, because leadership makes us have a great intuition on taking decision.

                Way in communcating to people is also I got from this experience. When my leadership ability increases it also happen to my way to communicate to people. Be dare to speak to public is a character that we got from the continuity of speaking to public regularly. Without this experience, I can’t be as this person I’m now.

                This experience also enlarge my network, I can meet new people, be friends. And it has a lot of benefit. Sometimes when I need help, I can get from them. This existence I can get from this experience. I can know many people, meet new people, it increases my social ability also my social network.

                From these objectives, I’m confidentially declared that I’m deserved to receive the scholarship that TCI offers. Because TCI needs a person that have a strong character, great ability, and has a great leadership skill, because TCI can be my new area of existence, if I have weak characters and lack competences, I can’t be survived on this new environment. TCI is a great deal for me, it’s a dream because the image of TCI as a great company, I would be happy if this company can give me an opportunity to enlarge my knowledge, developing my leadership skill, and implementing what I got from my Accounting major. I really hoping that TCI can be my future.
